Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Allow for standard shipping time of 3-7 business days within the US for all orders.

Return Policy

Every product in our line is grown in small batches. While we hope that you will enjoy our offerings, we understand that everyone has their own likings and responds differently to certain things. If you experience a sensitivity to our products, please discontinue using and contact your health provider.

Still Moon Farm does not offer refunds on any sales.  Once a package has shipped, it is not eligible to be returned, there are no exceptions. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we will replace it. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to stillmoonfarm@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package.   As well, we may request for you to ship back the damaged goods utilizing the return label we provide.

We do everything on our end to package your order with diligence and care so that it arrives to you safely. If your tracked package goes missing, you will be required to file a claim with the carrier.
